Eligibility & Account Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play at pb333. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that you are not accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active pb333 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — will be closed. Any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

Accurate Registration Details

All information you provide at registration must be truthful and complete: your real name, date of birth, valid phone number, and National ID Card (NID) details. pb333 reserves the right to request verification documents at any point. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and funds withheld pending review.

Account Security & Responsibility

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

pb333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳150 per transaction.
• Deposits typically arrive within 1 minute.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be refused and returned.
• pb333 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳400 per request.
• Maximum single-day withdrawal: ৳170,000 (Bronze tier).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 4 minutes.
• Your first-ever withdrawal may take up to 1 hour while KYC documents are reviewed.
• All withdrawals must go to a payment account in your own name and matching your pb333 registration details.

KYC Before Your First Withdrawal

Before we can process your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents are: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Document review takes up to 24 hours. Incomplete or unclear documents will delay processing.

Bonus & Promotion Conditions

pb333 offers various promotions, including a first deposit bonus, reload bonuses, and daily cashback. All bonuses are subject to the terms below. Claiming a bonus indicates your acceptance of these conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New players can claim a 245% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,500. This bonus must be wagered 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus funds. The bonus is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited.

Reload Bonus

A 12% reload bonus is available on subsequent deposits. The same 15× wagering requirement applies. Reload bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.

Daily Cashback

Players receive 1.2% daily cashback on net losses. Cashback is calculated at midnight (UTC+06) and credited within 24 hours. Cashback funds carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn freely once credited.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only — bonus trading or staking arrangements between players are prohibited.
• pb333 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If we detect any attempt to exploit bonus terms, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game Rules & Fair Play

pb333 hosts games from providers including Playtech, JILI, JDB, Sexy Gaming, CQ9, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules set by its provider. In case of a malfunction during a game, the hand or spin in question will be declared void and any stake will be returned.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the end of the event (including any extra time where applicable). If an event is postponed or abandoned before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the provider's specific rules state otherwise.

Disconnection During Play

pb333 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnections on the player's side. If a disconnection occurs during a live dealer session, the outcome determined by the dealer at the table stands. Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pb333. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or game errors for personal gain.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing prohibited activities.
• Sharing your account with another person, or playing on behalf of another person.

Account Suspension & Termination

pb333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include: suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, breach of these terms, or prolonged inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months without a login or transaction).

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Any player can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or claim bonuses. Account Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal checks are complete.

Liability & Disputes

pb333 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from system downtime, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

Dispute Resolution
